Starter Installation & Wiring
Star-Delta, DOL, reverse/forward, and VSD starter circuits, installed and wired for new motors or replacement starters on existing lines.
AC Motor Installation & Overhaul
Installation and overhaul of AC motors from 15kW to 900kW, including rewinds, bearing replacement, and post-overhaul testing.
Cable Installation
Cable installation, glanding, and termination, plus tray fabrication, sized and routed to the actual load.
UPS & Generator
Installation and maintenance of UPS units and standby generators, so a grid outage doesn't stop production.
Control Panel Installation
Control panels installed, wired, and terminated to drawing, then tested before the site takes over.
Fibre Optic Splicing
Fibre optic splicing for process control and communication links between plant sections, tested for signal loss before handover.
Pan Instrument Overhaul
Overhaul of pan instruments used to monitor and control the boiling process, calibrated and tested before reinstallation.
