Why Us

A Contractor You Can Verify

Ten-plus years of industrial electrical work, full compliance documentation, and an ongoing client relationship you can check directly with RES.

Expertise

Work scoped by people who do it

We're a small, focused electrical and instrumentation contractor which differs from a general contractor bidding on electrical work as a sideline. Every job, from starter wiring to a 900kW motor overhaul, is scoped by people who understand the systems involved, not just estimated from a catalogue. That matters most on jobs where the wrong assumption costs a production day: wrong starter type, undersized cable, a panel wired to the wrong sequence. We'd rather ask an extra question up front than fix an assumption on site.

  • Specialised in electrical and instrumentation work, not general contracting
  • Scope written by the people who'll carry out the job
  • 10+ years working across the 15kW–900kW motor range

Deliverables

What every job includes

  1. 01

    Assessment

Every job starts with us looking at the actual site conditions, not just a spec sheet or a phone description of the problem.

  2. 02

    Scope & Quote

You get a written scope and price before anything is booked in, so there's no ambiguity about what's covered.

  3. 03

    Delivery

Work is carried out to drawing where one exists, tested under load or under operating conditions, and documented as we go.

  4. 04

    Commissioning Report

Every job ends with a signed report covering what was installed or repaired, what was tested, and the results.

Questions

Common procurement questions

What accreditations do you hold?

We're registered with the Construction Industry Council, a member of the Eswatini Contractors Association, and registered for Workmen's Compensation. We're also compliant with the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, the Eswatini National Provident Fund, and the Eswatini Revenue Service.

What is your safety process?

We have a dedicated safety file that addresses every procedure that we carry out on site. A client is welcome to request the safety procedure relevant to their work, once an agreement has been finalized.

How do you document work?

Every job ends with a signed commissioning report covering what was installed or repaired, what was tested, and the results. For ongoing contract sites, we also keep a record of motors, panels, and cabling we've worked on, so there's a history to refer back to.

What is your service area?

We're based in Tshaneni, in the Lubombo Region, and work across industrial and agricultural sites in that area, including an ongoing contract with the RES Energy Department. For sites further afield, tell us the location and we'll confirm whether we can take on the work.

Do you handle emergencies?

Emergencies are entirely dependent on the situation e.g. what is the type of work required, our availability, availability of parts / repair equipment, etc.

How do you price work?

Every job is scoped individually after a site assessment, and you get a written quote before anything is booked in. We don't publish standard rates, since the right approach, and the price, depends on what the site actually needs.
