Control Panels

Control Panels Installed, Wired, and Tested

We install control panels to drawing, terminate and test every circuit, and hand over a tested panel ready for the site to run.

Panels built and wired to drawing

Control panel installation covers everything from mounting the enclosure to terminating the last wire inside it. We work to the drawing provided, or help develop one where needed, and every circuit is terminated, labelled, and tested before the panel is energised. Once a panel is live, we run it through its intended functions — starts, stops, interlocks, alarms — to confirm it behaves the way it's supposed to before we sign off and hand it over.

  • Panels mounted and wired strictly to drawing
  • Every circuit terminated, labelled, and tested
  • Functional testing of starts, stops, interlocks, and alarms
  • Support developing a drawing where one doesn't exist

Deliverables

What a job includes

  1. 01

    Assessment

We review the drawing, the load, and the site conditions before installation begins.

  2. 02

    Scope & Quote

You get a written scope covering panel installation and wiring, priced before we start.

  3. 03

    Delivery

We install, wire, and terminate the panel to drawing and test every circuit.

  4. 04

    Commissioning Report

A signed report confirming what was tested, and the panel's condition on handover.

Questions

Common questions

Can you build a panel without an existing drawing?

Yes. Where a drawing doesn't exist yet, we can work with you to develop one before installation starts, so the panel is built to something documented rather than assumed on site.

Do you install panels for existing installations, or only new builds?

Both. We install control panels as part of a new installation, and we also replace or upgrade panels on existing sites. Either way, the panel is wired to drawing and tested before it's handed over.

How long does a control panel installation take?

The duration of a control panel installation depends on several factors, including the panel's size, the complexity of the wiring, and the site conditions. We can provide a more specific estimate once we assess the project.
