Context

The RES Energy Department has contracted Buhle BeLubombo for electrical and instrumentation support since April 2021. The department's operations span multiple sites and systems, requiring a contractor able to respond across motor, panel, cabling, and instrumentation work rather than a single discipline.

Approach

Under the contract, we carry out motor installation and overhaul, control panel work, cabling, and instrumentation support as required across the department's sites. Work is scoped and quoted per job, carried out to drawing where applicable, and documented with a signed report on completion. The ongoing nature of the contract means routine and reactive work both fall under the same relationship, rather than being tendered separately each time.
