RES Distillery - Lighting and Plugs DB Relocation

Context

The distillery's existing lighting and plugs distribution board was mounted in a location that had become impractical for maintenance and inspection. Rather than replace the board outright, the site needed the existing installation relocated to a new position with all cables correctly traced, labelled, and re-terminated at the new board.

Approach

We traced and labelled every cable at the existing board, disconnected them in a controlled sequence, and installed new cable trays running to the new DB position. The new board was mounted, cables were reconnected in order, and each circuit was verified against the index. On completion, the cables were re-marked and a full DB index was provided, so the installation can be maintained by anyone who picks up the documentation.
